UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

I have been trying to cancel 2 debit orders on my account which I have not authorised, the app gives me an error stating that the amounts are too high even though the debit orders are below R200. These debit orders have been going on since 2022. I have tried to use the money assist option when disputing the debit order but unable to attach evidence and such unable to proceed, the app just doesn't respond, I have tried this multiple times on different occasions. I have also tried calling FNB customer care however no one answers or I keep getting disconnected. I live and work abroad in the UK as such unable to visit a local branch to further the dispute.

Please assist in REVERSING, GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND ALSO STOPPING ANY FUTURE RELATED DEBIT ORDERS. The details are as follows : 1. VALUEVACS (since 2022) amount R89.99 2. MOBITRAC (since 2022) amount R125.00

PLEASE REVERSE AND LET ME KNOW ONCE CLEARED.

This issue keeps persisting as every other month its a different debit order 😒
