Unauthorised debit orders by FNB

In March this year I noticed an unauthorised debit order of R129.99 from my FNB account. and then I had to go through having that reversed. This month I realised that another unauthorised debit order of R99.99 went off my acount. firstly, FNB charges us for each reversal, yet they do not protect us, as paying clients from such *****. secondly FNB says there is nothing they can do, the only option is to reverse, how do we keep trusting these banks with finances if our accounts are not protected ? it would seem that FNB deliberately throws us in the deep end allowing us to be victimised, since they end up charging us for the revesal of these unauthorised debit orders .
