Unauthorised Debit Orders

FNB decided to remove the reversal of unauthorised and ********** debit order option from all their platforms. I'm sitting with an unauthorised debit of R6211 from Telkom when they have debited my monthly payment of R679 for an authorised contract. My bank (FNB) doesn't want to assist in reversing the unauthorised debit. I'm disappointed in their service and for a loyal customer of more than 10 years even with their crazy bank charges, I cannot wait for the Lockdown to end so I can get a bank that looks out for my interests.
