Unauthorised debit orders and no assistance

Two unauthorised debit orders went off my account and I am struggling to get a hold of anyone telephonically to reverse same as I previously requested that this debit orders be stopped as I cancelled this contract in Aug 2021 already. Please reverse this orders immediatly.
