Unauthorised Debit Orders AGAIN

Last month Fnb refunds the unauthorised debit orders that they took off of my bank account, I am under debt review and there systems reflect this correctly. After many apologies and confirmation that this will not happen again, as they receive their payment every month, guess what? This morning just after 5, there goes another unauthorised debit order, and the worst is, its 2/3 of my salary. I have emailed the debt review centre last month and I still have not received any response from them and its a month later, now Im wondering will they respond to emails this time?
