Unauthorised Debit Orders - AGAIN

How is it possible that a company is able to submit multiple debit orders and FNB does not pick up that this compnay is *****ing from people? I might not have all the information but this is what I have gathered; a company by the name of Paysoft "facilitates" debit orders. From my understanding that means they submit DO's to banks on behalf of companyies. So DO's from them will have different references because they APPARENTLY represent many companies. BUT when you call Paysoft you get an automated message, which to me is quite *****. FNB says its difficult for them to stop DO's if they have different references but if all of them are coming from Paysoft doesn't it mean something? You should not do business with Paysoft!!! I know its my responsibility to check my bank statements but its your responsibility to keep my money for me, right? So you if you accept a DO request from any company under the sun I feel like you're not keeping your end of the deal. Please try calling Paysoft and you'll see straight away that they are fishy. Your investigations department must have picked this up by now, its been how many years and how many complaints? When people reverse DO's and click on the reason for stopping the DO, aren't you gathering that information? I got a deduction, my brother got a deduction and how many other people? How much is that? We don't go to work everyday to reward a ***** company for noticing a loop hole in the baking system. I know it's just R99.99 but its MY R99.99. FNB you need to do more than just "investigating" to stop this from happening.
