Unauthorised Debit Orders

Good day. Pls can I bring something strange under your attention. Ther is for the last 2 months 2 debit orders going off my FNB account. One is EDO COLLECTION ATTEMPT and the other NPWEST. I have no debit orders on this account of mine and would like to know how it landed on my account. It places me in a minus on my bank account. I Urge your prompt response and you can contact me via email at : adrioko*****gmail.com. I want this removed asap and want a letter from the bank that no debit orders will run from my account again and I want the costs reversed aswell. I await your prompt response. Thank you
