Unauthorised debit orders

1.There are unaouthorised debit orders, which i tried to call in to stop them but they still continue.<br> <br> 2. Fnb cellphone baking is too costly becouse for one to do the tranasaction on a cellhone you will be charged for each time you lose contact, you will have to login again with additional charges will be accumilated.<br> <br> 3. with other bank their cellphone bankings, cellphone banking is free.<br> <br> 4. my saving bank account was changed from saving to gold which I dont see the importance just made me to pay even more charges which do not benefit me with anything.
