Unauthorised debit orders

My aunt recently noticed two debit orders on my account.She does not even know what they are for.They told her to call this other call centre for reversal of which she was put on hold till her airtime was exhausted.Moreover, she no longer gets notifications for money coming in or going out.Also,she is earning a measly R3500 per month.She gets these huge bank charges because her account is a gold cheque account.Can this be the case when someone earns this much?
