UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

Several unauthorised debit orders are going off my account every month, as well as more than once per month. I have on more than one occastion, disputed and stopped the debit orders but they keep going off. I have also been to the branch who tells me to call the number on the debit order, however, there is no number to call and my money keeps disappearing. I require urgent assistance please.
