UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS
I'm truly starting to believe that these unauthorised debit orders are a money-making scheme by FNB. Monthly, one gets debit orders from unknown sources and the bank benefits from the fee for reversal of those debit orders! I am really unhappy.
Doesn't the company have controls in place for preventing these unauthorised debits? Is our money even safe with them if this is the case?
