Unauthorised debit orders
I have always been a fan of FNB but their service levels are going down.....i had debit orders go of my account in Feb when i went to the bank to help me reverse the debit order they told me they cant reverse it then i asked them since i dont have their contact details what should be done .Am seriously starting to doubt if banks are safe ,if someone can just take money from your account and the bank cant do anything about it then that is terrible.
