Unauthorised debit orders.

Hi there. There's been unauthorised debit orders from MULTID FORAANDG***2 on my cheque, and I had informed my banker to stop the debit from going off on my account. Recently, I spoke to a consultant on the FNB app who successful disputed the same debit order that has been going off for the past three months. I was also advised that FNB is charging me for reversing and stopping the debit order. This is unacceptable. Sure the onus is upon the bank to notify me on any new debit orders? I am really disappointed.

Please rectify this issue.
