Unauthorised debit orders

I feel as though my money is not safe with FNB. With unauthorized debit orders coming off unexpectedly and large amounts. This is not the first time and has had a serious impact on my business. Tired of repeating myself to different consultants or having my call dropped. Even ***** department transfers me. I still havent had acceptable feedback on my previous complaint about funds being deducted without my knowledge.
