Unauthorised Debit Order | My Kind regards cup is empty for you FNB

Hi,

So it's now been more than a month since FNB incorrectly processed an unauthorized debit order on my account after having confirmed that the money will be refunded and in fact, refunded more than 10 business days ago. This is absolutely unacceptable and ludicrous and I have as a result logged a complaint with the Ombudsman. The temporary ref nr is: 50LMY927

As a result, I have had to make arrangements for other payments due which just negatively impacts me further. Sorry, but something is not right at FNB and it's been coming for a VERY long time now.

I will also be taking this further with my personal legal council because this is actually just laughable.
