UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER FROM IBU VH!

A debit order of 124.50 was taken from my acc and when I initially called I was told it was from ABSA and that it would be cancelled and reversed, the advisor could not explain how it happened but said other customers had experienced it too. Today I received a text saying the payment was unsuccessful to my acc so I called back and was told the money was back and that I needed to wait. However the lady was very patronising and condescending, kept on saying "is it" when I told her I wanted it cancelled coz I had no idea where it came from, told me that FNB would not have put it there without my permission and that I NEED TO CALL A COMPANY I DON'T KNOW to cancel it. She basically blamed ME for their *****! Will I now also be charged ridiculous fees for cancelling this at the bank too!!?
