Unauthorised Debit Order from Amkay Traders
<p>I would just like to give five stars to the FNB mobile App. It is so convenient - I sent money to someone today and upon them receiving the cash R150 was taken out of their account with the REF: Amkaytraders. I was initially disappointed with how FNB could let this happen and was disappointed that such ********** activities happen on their watch. But think goodness for the app that allows one to report ***** and revers the transaction ASAP. The reciepnt of the cash is an FNB user and managed to do all of this without the hassle of going to the bank and standing in long queues and so forth. Well done FNB! I would however like to request that you keep a watchful eye on these Amkay Traders transactions, as I've seen other people complain about this on hello peter. Thanks</p>
