Unauthorised Debit order

I can see why FNB is rated no 9 of banks and have a rating score as low as ****. I would also like to complain about a bad experience with FNB. Especially the Loans department. I have a personal loan agreement with a debit order date set monthly for when I receive my salary monthly like I have been doing for so many years and I have a good credit score with you - Today 23 October the loan went off unauthorised when a small amount of money was paid into my account by a family member for a specific purpose and to assist someone else. Now obviously I am ****ed off with just the audacity that you think you can take money whenever you feel like it and by not sticking to an agreement. Now I phoned a consultant and as useless as only you can be - I was told that they will reverse the payment but it will not be credited back today and I must phone again tomorrow - You must be joking!! So you mess up with your sneaky and ***** tricks and want to tell me you cannot credit it back now??? FFS!! I will make it my goal to get my debt balance on zero with you and I will close all my accounts. I am also not planning on leaving it here. You obviously do this to a lot of people and everyone should report you to the Banking Onbudsman!! - Until to get a freaking wake-up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
