Unauthorised debit Order(Complaint ref no :736568)

I have been having the Unauthorized debit Order issue for more than a year. I have complain ,signed numerous documents (dispute form )and this is the respond I got from the Banker and FNB twitter admin<br> <br> ***<br> <br> Thank you for your email.<br> <br> Please resend the debit order dispute form as the received is not clear.
