Unauthorised Debit Order

Good day

I logged a complaint regarding an unauthorised debit order that went off from my account. The branch manager called me, which was very professional however, why is my query still not resolved?? I still haven't received my money back.

I did not lodge a complaint for you guys to improve your customer care service. I logged a complaint because i wanted my noney back. I can't believe such a huge Bank cannot afford to reverse a lousy R39??? I am not gonna wait for 7-21 working days. Like i said, its not about the money it's about integrity!! I want my money TODAY please.. The next petson that calls better be telling me that my money has now been reversed. Otherwise i will escalated this even further!
