About 18 months ago an monthly amount of R485-00 strted being deducted from my FNB Card for VOX Telecommunications.

VOX are still "LOOKING INTO THE MATTER"

I have now tried for more that a month to stop the debit order and have been receiving the following email back from FNB, although I've tried explaining that there is NO agreement it seems FNB cannot, or will not stop unauthorised deductions from a card

Dear Mr Le Roux

ACCOUNT NUMBER :4483 81XX ***X 2000

With reference to your request to cancel the debit order in favor of Vox Telecommunica we regret to advise that we are unable to assist you with your request as the debit agreement is between you and the supplier.

We therefore request that you contact the supplier directly in order to cancel the agreement.

Should you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us on ********** .

Kind regards
FNB Credit Card

FNB Place
30 Diagonal Street
Johannesburg
2000

Tel: **********

Email: **********
Website: www.fnb.co.za
