Unauthorised Debit Order
Our FNB bond has been settled and the funds are reflecting on the bond account and yet the debit order (goodness knows where the amount come from) has come off our account, my account is now in negative and I have debit orders coming off today. Please correct this urgently.

I have a debit order that is going to bounce - I'm not paying honouring fees due to an issue caused by FNB.We have been advised that the debit order will not be deducted from our account this month because the bond will be settled.
Please urgently advise.

FNB owed me 49 46.80 from my bond account but then they took 6234.36 from my cheque account for interest, they are not reversing the interest so now I am only sitting with R43 182.44 that is not what is due to me I am due a full 49 416.80 please reverse the 6234.36 from my cheque account - why is this so difficult?

FNB owed me 49 46.80 from my bond account but then they took 6234.36 from my cheque account for interest, they are not reversing the interest so now I am only sitting with R43 182.44 that is not what is due to me I am due a full 49 416.80 please reverse the 6234.36 from my cheque account - why is this so difficult?
