Unauthorised debit order

FNB how do you allow an unauthorised debit order to just collect from my account and the FNB App debit dispute is a joke. I do not expect to get charged for the reversal service. This is the second time being f*cked by you, firstly it was the mortgage insurance. At this point I am seriously exhausted 😩
