Unauthorised debit order

<p>A company called Amkay trading has deducted R99 from my cheque account, I tried to reverse the transaction on the FNB app and website but I am unable to do so because this is a demand deposit. I contacted FNB to alert them of this unauthorised debit order on my account, and they informed me that I cannot be assisted due to their systems being offline, I was asked to call them back, and found out that their call centre lines are blocked and held on for 30 minutes.</p>
