Unauthorised debit Order!

<p>Why are you allowing unaothorised debit orders to go through from my account? Now i can't even reverse or stop it because your system is giving me errors, when i try to reverse it on cellphone banking it says i must try on a business day! What if these people continue to debit my account without my permission? What is the point of having the ability to reverse debit orders if it doesn't work when you need it the most???</p>
