Unauthorised Debit Order

Fnb is not allowing me to reverse a debit order that I never authorized, instead they want to force me into this so called Covid-19 relief, to make it worse this debit order comes directly from Fnb,i pay your ridiculous fees every month for your service, now you want to take more? I want my money reversed now, don't want any Covid-19 relief, just want the debit order reversed please.

you guys are taking advantage of this Corona crisis, why would you change your debit order dispute processes to frustrate us, aren't we frustrated as it is, you tell your consultants not to allow disputes of debit orders, what must we as clients do now?, suffer while you keep the money we work for?
