Unauthorised Debit Order
My personal loan payment was only due for the 27th Dec 2018 yet it went off today (15 Dec 2018), mid-month, and I haven't even been paid my full salary yet. I was given no warning at all! This makes the rest of the month very difficult financially! Why are customers not being advised when dates change? We are asked to set up a date according to our paydays for a reason!
