Unauthorised Debit Order

My account has been debited with the following reference, I do not have any idea who these people are. Please help me put an end to this *****.

TALARABIAN - R119.00

I need this debit order reversed and refunded back the R119.00 urgently. I tried to reverse the debit order on the App, but there is NO option.

I did NOT authorise this debit order to go off my accont.

Please ensure that there is no further unauthorised debits from my bank account.
