Unauthorised debit order
A ********** company just deducted R120 and R135 from my account using two different references. For the past 3 months, this ******* and unauthorised debit order has been gong in my FNB account with different references. Normally you won't get a notification for less R100 transaction. I suspect it's one company doing this with different info, names and telephone numbers. The annoying part is FNB won't investigate this ******* and faceless company *****ing money from their customers.
See below for the info used to ***** money from me this:
1. ABBR NAME: CAPITAL USERNAME: ABSA BUREAU SERVICES 1 USER CONTACT NAME: JACQUES DE WET TELEPHONE: ********** 166 EMAIL ADDRESS: ********** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. ABBR NAME: SMART USERNAME: ABSA(PAYSOFT CC ) CONTACT NAME: HENNIE LE ROUX TELEPHONE: ********** 482 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Contact number: (012) ********** Contact person: Jeremi De bruin
The third phone number was traced to one company (SA Payment Exchange) in Centurion, they never pick the phone in their life. The same company used MZANSI4U, GEMS BS and SLZ as a reference to debit my account with R99.99, R99.00 and R89.00 respectively.
All efforts to convince FNB that I don't know this company has fallen on deaf ears. I was even charged last month for stopping one of these ******* and authorised debit order. Now thinking of moving my salary account to Ned Bank.
