Unauthorised debit order
I received a Sms notification on the 25th and 27th February 2016 for a debit order for R 1049, R 1739.36 and R 1800) was deducted from my account for a loan repayment. I have not authorized for any company to debit money from my account and the last loan I had was paid back in full on the 26.01.2016. I queried with the call center and spoke to Rose White. They refunded for me R 1049 on the 4th March 2016 and up to date I have not received feedback despite making numerous calls on the other two refunds. I have spoken to Marlene, who is also Rose White team leader but I have not been assisted. I went to FNB Springs Branch and they tried to call Marlene but still I never got assistance. <br> <br> Can someone help me on this please? <br> <br> Regards<br> Lerato Nkone
