Unauthorised debit order
Complaint: Unauthorised Debit Order by eDreams
Dear FNB,
An unauthorised debit order from eDreams was processed on my account without consent, causing financial loss and negatively affecting my credit score. I had to open a case with Midrand SAPS (CAS 846/8/2025, contact ***) before the debits finally stopped.
I request urgent action:
Reverse all unauthorised deductions.
Block eDreams permanently.
Assist in repairing the impact on my credit profile.

17 Sept 2025, 06:59Another one is a debit order of R130 for Law on call .they debit on the 21 and yet my payment date is 25 it also has a negative impact on my credit score. All my debit orders from FNB are on the 25 ever since my salary. Was deposited back from discovery bank.

17 Sept 2025, 07:01R500 of which was my savings and had to cancel it since I need to increase my retirement contribution.I went to manage debit and withdraw and I wasn't given an option of how to close it up until I was told by a consultant that I need to delete it
