unauthorised debit order
Clicks credit card collections are now handled by FNB and have since been a pain in the neck. I have been short paying my credit card for the past 1 1/2 years due to the fact that I'm studying. My account has been in arrears for a long time. Card division sent me to the lawyers twice. Different ones each time and I've told them I will make R500 payment regardless until I am firm on my feet again. This time I was handed over to MBDS or something. On 21 July, an amount of R730 was deducted on my Savings account which is meant for my small business. I contacted FNB and spoke to Palesa Lyons who informed me that I haven't paid my account in 90 days. I told her I have proof that I haven't skipped and instalment and would like my money back. She said it would take 7 days and that I need to send proof ofarrangement with the lawyers and the payments. I have sent it to both card collections and Palesa but nobody got back to me and no refund was provided. This is the same nonsense I go through with FNB every odd month even though they send me to lawyers and I make arrangements with them. I'm gatvol.
