Unauthorised Debit Order

Once again FNB fails me as a client. Again a substantial amount is debited from my account by FNB without my consent. The last time I was refunded and now they do this again???. Come on FNB I do not appreciate this kind of service as a long standing client. I hope the CEO of FNB is taking note of this. Please FNB get your act right and I want an explanation as to why you do this even though i am making all my payments regularly. The person responsible needs to be reprimanded for this. I am a very disappointed client of FNB as this is now my 3rd complaint against FNB???
