UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT

After being sent from pillar to post to ascertain the ******** reasons and procedures followed to debit my account at the Cradlestone Mall - Gloria Sooane cannot identify and refuses to reverse the transaction and cannot confirm the logic behind the debits. Following numerous calls with Gloria to various divisions and 30 min later, I end up with one Shumeera Whitten, who unilaterally debited my account without any arrangement whatsoever with me. She was at pains to hide behind "we couldn't reach you on your cellphone excuses", we both established the following: 1), only 3 calls were made to me in September and one voice message left. 2) Only 2 calls made and no voice message left. 3) She claims a “registered letter” and not an ordinary letter was sent via post to my postal address, but cannot confirm my receipt of the letter - so much for “registered letter”, given the challenges with the postal services. 4) She frequently couldn't explain how that devision was reached without consultation or an agreement with me. 5) After asking her on numerous occasions why an email wasn't sent as a better and more reliable way of communicating versus poctal services, she claims an email was sent sometime in August and when I ask her what the subject was or who the email was from so that I can check on my records, she claims she doesn't have access to it. Essentially, it was my word against hers and couldn't back up her claims not explain the rationale logically. So, effectively, procedures were flouted in an effort and in pursuance of an ******** solution. The debit to my account was ******** and procedure to debit was irrational, illogical and impacts negatively on my financial wellbeing. By Shameera's own admission, the debit was made following an alert of a deposit in it an account, neglecting procedure. Also spoke to Mpumi Lelo Phungwayo who was very dismissive and condescending before she put me through to her manager Shumeera Whitten.

No official communication with me following my complain except empty promises. FNB hasn't communicated with me even after promising to do so here. Empty promises, no real intention to resolve the issue except playing to the gallery with a response musked as genuine and legitimate but in actual fact, misleading and false. # FNB #SERVICEFAIL.
