UNAUTHORISED Debit off my bank account AGAIN!

I posted a review just last month, rambling on about how in December 2020 FNB allowed a debit order (large amount) to go through on my account after I terminated the services with the company.

After I had a discussion with the guy from FNB who phoned me, who was very reluctant to help and who's only sentence or response was "that is how it is loaded on the system" I explained to him, this amount SHOULD NOT GO THROUGH.....

Guess what, it went through this month AGAIN. Unfortunately I had enough money in my account this time. I terminated my services with Supersonic in DECEMBER 2022. I had a month-to-month contract with them. All of a sudden 6 months later, I now have "admin fees" of R2482.30??????? This was not even my monthly installment with them. They have NO authority to to put this through. WHY is FNB allowing this the MONTH after I complained about it???

If I do not get my money back, I am taking my banking else where. I had enough of this. My money is supposed to be safe.
