UNAUTHORISED Debit off my bank account AGAIN!

I posted a review in December 2020, where I was highly upset because FNB allowed a debit order (large amount) to go through on my account after I terminated the services with the company.

Guess what, it happened AGAIN. I terminated my services with Supersonic in DECEMBER 2022. I had a month-to-month contract with them. All of a sudden in May 2023 a debit order went off for R2482.30, which was not even my monthly installment with them. They have NO authority to to put this through. WHY is FNB allowing this???

This is concerning because it's the second time I have this issue.
