Unauthorised debit - Microsoft

And once again here I am , problem still not resolved.

I turned to Hello Peter a while ago due to Microsoft deducting a yearly fee that was not authorized and I am battling my ass of to get my refund.

Got a call after my initial Hello Peter complaint and was assured that the refund will be processed.

FNB listen closely......

I send you proof from Microsoft showing they did a wrongfull deduction with a ref number.

I am sick and tired of talking to call centre staff that promise you the stars and moon and they will assist.

Please refund my money
