Unauthorised debit
Unathourised amount of R500 was debited from my account. I have spoken to Linda, Zaahirah Muhle now Thabang to reverse this but no one willing to assist.

The staff member by the name of Sphamandla contacted me and he could not resolve my query. Even after I reported this ********** transaction, the bank went on and charged me R200 for the ********** transaction. Why?
