Unauthorised Debit

Good Morning

This is the reasin why i closed my account with FNB in the first place. I went to open a savings account so i can transfer money fron my Paypal account, instead i was given a sim card and i was told it's only gonna be free for a month. If i didn't wanna continue using it i can just call and stop so i won't be debited for the 500 MB I'll be getting.

To my surprise before i even left the building R39 was debited from my account. I haven't even open the pack, not even activated the sim but already money was debited from my account!!!. I immediately called and called and reported this matter and requested for the money to be reversed back. I was told it will take 7 to 21 days, what kind of nonsense is that. You guys can debit from my account without my authority but i have to wait for that long to get my money that i work hard for.. for so LONG???

I want my money to be reversed TODAY!!! I'm not prepare to wait for 21 days, I'm sorry.. I want it TODAY!! This happened on the the 16 March at Mamelodi West Denlyn. I don't want to mention any names because it wasn't the consultants fault who was helping me with the account.

I was also offered a funeral cover and I want that to be cancelled as well please. I don't want anything to do with FNB ever again and i would never advice anyone to open an account with you guys..
