After spending just over an hour trying to sort the above out, i still have no joy...

The story : A debit order went off my Credit card and put my account into arrears . the supplier had expired credit card details, yet the credit still went off....

amount in arrears : R6903. i did a transfer of R2000 on the 28 feb 2015, balance outstanding R4903.
came back as a returned debit order on the 2nd of march 2015.

Without informing me the credit card division made a debit of R4900 out of my savings pocket on the 9th of march 2015.
The debit order runs off my platinum cheque account.

Wheres the courtesy to inform the client this is how FNB is going to proceed. No emails or calls to attempt to make payment arrangements or ask me to make a direct deposit...

I bank with FNB, does that make it ok for FNB to go into any one of my accounts and see where there's funds available and \***** them".

*****ing is taking something that does not belong to you without the owners permission right?

If i banked with someone else eg ABSA"
