Unauthorised debit
I got an sms this morning advising me that an amount of R99 was debited of my account by a company called Skylab 365 assist. I have not heard of this company neither have I given any authorisation for this debit to have gone off my account. Can someone please advise me how this happened ? I would like this debit reversed for the full amount. How can fnb let this happen ?
