Unauthorised debit

Having two scheduled payment one for SARS and the other for Standard Bank, I deleted both on 24.04.2015. No notification regarding how long the deletion of request will take, the scheduled payment for SARS and Standard Bank immediately removed from my profile. A manual eft was done to SARS of R274.00 on 24.04.2015 surprisingly on 28.04.2015 received sms email to say scheduled payment for SARS, FNB paid R300.00. A deleted schedule payment still going off, was a shocker for me. Immediately contacted the FNB contact centre on 24.04.2015 to be told my payment of 24.04.2015 nor 28.04.2015 can be reversed as the payment was made to SARS. Forgetting the debit of R300.00 on 28.04.2015 was unauthorised as this scheduled payment was cancelled 2 working days ago. FNB insists I need to claim my refund from SARS yet contacting SARS case # *** confirmed by Denzel that FNB should and can reverse my payment as it is not yet reflecting on their side. I demand FNB to credit my account by reversing the unauthorised scheduled payment and I refuse to be billed R238.00 for FNB fault.
