I checked my online banking on the 17th of May and I noticed that there was some unknown debit on my account and collection was unsuccessful due to insufficient funds but charged R8.50 for that. My argument now is how FNB as my bank do not notify me of the debit that take place on my account to see if I know them or not and get a chance to decline or accept.I then phone FNB about this and I was given a number to call whoever was trying to collect ZAR117.50 from my account and the number is on voice recording( ********** 750)and this is not the first time this happening on my account. Please make sure there is no further deduction from these people and make sure I do not get charged for unsuccefull collection of this unauthorised debit. I feel unsafe now because this is not stopping but an on going thing.

Your assistance would be appreciated on the matter

Kind Regards

PRINCESS DLADLA
********** ( ********** )
