unauthorised debit
Fnb just debited my account for R 20 00. 00, it is unauthorised as this I have not instructed any debit orders on this account. I want a valid mandate showing authorization and I am taking this matter to the banking ombudsman. Who is fnb to just debit. Frustrated and I am closing my bank account with fnb.
