Unauthorised DebiCheck and no attempt to assist me.
FNB keeps collecting a DebiCheck that I have suspended and ignores all communication from me regarding this.
In November and December 2022 FNB collected a DebiCheck mandate that had be suspended by me long before. The December collection lead to my account going into overdraft because, since I was under the impression that the debit order would not go through, I paid the big account manually on the 22nd and the 23rd the debicheck was processed. This overdraft led to additional charges and FNB only reversed part thereof.
Now I have requested communication twice with references *** and *** with absolute no reply, just that it had be assigned to a agent. I have followed up with no success as well.

23 Jan 2023, 09:40On both complaints I raised I would have had response and both times the timeframes had lapped! I want a full proof time when this department will liaise with me then.

I have been financially impacted by something that you sell to your customers by saying it puts you in control (Debicheck) but then you do what you want in any case.
I want feedback by COB today - This is horrible service!!
