Unauthorised credited checks on my profile

I now have not 2 but 3 credit checks that a new enquiries that have added to my profile and when I checked they are all from FIrst Rand,mind you I have not app**** for any credit since buying my car in April this year with WesBank which I consented to. On the 30th of April I saw a pop up with a credit card offer,I opened the link just to see/get more details,letting did I know that that would mean I’d get a hard search done on my name even when I did go through with the application let alone start it(I just opened the link) fast forward to the beginning of this month on the 7th I get a call offering me a credit card yet again,I 1st raise my concern with the enquiry I never contacted to and then told them il contact them when I’m ready for new credit as I’m currently pushing to pay off the car I just purchased.To my dismay another enquiry is now listed on my profile giving future creditors the impression that I’m going around applying for credit in such a short space of time.My intention was to build a profile/relationship with FNB but I’m not happy with the way things are going and considering refinancing my car elsewhere cause instead of building my credit profile they will ruin it by the looks of things cause I’m still trying to learn their complicated banking app and one click you have app**** for a loan.On the 30th of Oct I tried calling to get help,I was moved from one consultant to another for over an hour until I decided to reach out to them via their customer care by email but the matter was noted,given a reference number then closed not long after,I called and was told them the matter was closed without me being assisted,I was told the matter would be escalated but till today there has been nothing.Id like highlight that very same day also resulted on the 3rd enquiry against my name. The complaint was noted and on the 5th of Nov I was requested my Experian credit report which was only updated on the 10th,upon me getting it I sent it the morning of the 10th but my complaint was closed the very same afternoon.I only have one wish and that is to have all 3 enquiries removed again my name as I never app**** for credit nor did I consent to any of the checks against my name.Im not angry but disappointed and very frustrated as my credit profile is of importance to me.
