Unauthorised credit query is *******

I have just checked my credit score and The following Credit Query has shown: May 2022 November 2022 FNB MBG Multi Product (Card / Cheque / RCP

This is affecting my record FNB need to stop with this nonsense. I dont understand why us this happening without my concern, I have not made any applications to FNB for credit or debit cards or loans, etc.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

Seems like FNB is running credit checks without the necessary consent. This is *******. I will take further action against FNB
