UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CHECKS

I have just checked my credit score on ClearScore and the following Credit Queries are visible on my profile:

21st July 2022 FNB MBG Multi Product (Card / Cheque / RCP, 30th July 2022 FNB EDG Multi Product, 3rd August 2022 FNB MBG Home Loans

Not sure what this is about as I have not made any credit applications except to increase my credit card limit this year.

Why does this reflect on my Credit Report Summary?

Seems like FNB is running hard inquiries against my profile without my consent.
