Unauthorised Credit Check (FNB EDG Multi Product)

FNB has made an unauthorised credit check on me. I never consented to any checks being done and now it is harming my credit score. I have phoned their contact centre countless times and have not been helped. They keep putting me through various different departments and none of them can help me.
