Unauthorised charges

Can someone PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY my othe cheque account is OVERDRAWN??? What ITEMS UNPAID for R210 is this???? You always do this, lastyear in december you charged me R150 which i didnt see until later in feb and at that point i did not even have the energy to ask because it seems like you take advantage of ones cash flow and yes i didnt see the december charge because i had lots of money and was too busy celebrating my birthday and you took the chance to Rob me.

So now that ive seen the **************** of R210 please RETURN MY MONEY.
